COVID tests compulsory for travel to New Zealand

A negative COVID-19 test result is now required for most travellers to New Zealand from 11.59pm (NZDT) on 25 January 2021. 🏥
For travellers from the United Kingdom or United States, this came into effect on 15 January 2021 but it now has been extended to almost all other travellers.
A negative test result is not required for travellers from the following regions:
  • Antarctica
  • Australia
  • Cook Islands
  • Federated States of Micronesia
  • Fiji
  • Kiribati
  • Marshall Islands
  • Nauru
  • New Caledonia
  • Niue
  • Palau
  • Samoa
  • Solomon Islands
  • Tokelau
  • Tonga
  • Tuvalu
  • Vanuatu
  • Wallis and Futuna.
