VFS Global (VFS) have been chosen as a service delivery partner to operate a number of Visa Application Centres (VAC) on behalf of Immigration New Zealand (INZ), including Moscow VAC. VFS provide administrative services related to the submission of visa applications, including;

• Accepting visa applications and checking that all lodgement requirements are met.
• Accepting payment on behalf of INZ.
• Secure transfer of applications to INZ.
• Returning passports and documents to applicants following a decision on the application.

All applications are assessed, and decided, by Immigration New Zealand. VFS Global’s staff have no involvement in the decision-making process and cannot provide immigration advice.
